Shipping Policy

At Olivia & Ella, we're committed to delivering your orders safely and with care. We work with trusted carriers to give you a smooth, transparent delivery experience. Below you'll find our current shipping conditions.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Total: approximately 4–10 business days from the time you place your order

Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weekends and public holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to multiple countries and regions. Orders are subject to international shipping procedures, customs processing, and each courier's operational timelines. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@oliviaella-boston.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A photo of the packing slip (if items are missing)
  • A brief description of the issue

Please note: if the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is in perfect condition, a replacement or refund will not be issued.

Order Marked "Delivered" but Not Received
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
  2. Once you have confirmation from the carrier, forward it to us at info@oliviaella-boston.com.

Order Modifications
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after placement. We are unable to guarantee changes to your order once it has been confirmed. If you need to modify something, contact us as soon as possible at info@oliviaella-boston.com and we will do our best to help.

Order Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after placement and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. If you have received your order and wish to return it, please refer to our Refund Policy.
